What to know before ordering

Custom lengths and dimensions are available, including logs shorter than 14 inches or longer than 20 inches. Send your specifications before arranging the estimate.

Send us your specifications and any photos so we can discuss a project made to order. Examples include logs delivered and stacked inside Manhattan retail stores, and thin log slices cut and glued onto restaurant walls.

The usual $100 deposit covers estimating work: reviewing photographs, measuring, assessing the site when a visit is needed, and describing what we can do for your project. It is not the total price of the finished work.

Some straightforward requests can be arranged without an estimating deposit; call to agree this before paying. Project dimensions, delivery or installation, and the final price are discussed directly. Ask us how the estimating charge is handled in your quote.
