Products and prices

Review the product, quantity, wood selection, and final total before paying. Bundle contains 15 large bags of firewood. The usual $100 Art firewood deposit covers estimating work for a custom project; call to discuss your specifications and the final project price. Illustrated wood volumes are approximate.

Delivery charges

We calculate the delivery area using straight-line distance from ZIP code 10701. Delivery within 30 miles is free. Delivery beyond 30 miles and up to 50 miles is $30. Bergen County adds a $30 surcharge: $30 within 30 miles and $60 over 30 - 50 miles. Manhattan delivery is $100 in place of the distance-based fee. Beyond 50 miles, call for pricing. Bronx deliveries require a phone call to confirm arrangements and pricing. We do not deliver to Staten Island. See our Delivery Areas page for coverage.

Delivery access options are No steps (50 feet), 2 risers (20 steps) (+$100), 4 risers (50 steps) (+$150), and Call for special delivery. Manhattan and Bergen County area fees are identified from the delivery ZIP. Stair access charges are added to the delivery area fee. Delivery and access charges apply once per order.

Dates and pickup

Delivery is available seven days a week. Next-day delivery is usually possible, but a preferred date is a request until we confirm it. Please call to arrange delivery. Pickup is available in Yonkers and Island Park; call for the address, timing, and details before traveling.

Cancellation and returns

For standard firewood orders, cancel by 8:00 p.m. on the calendar day before the scheduled delivery for a full refund. Cancellations after 8:00 p.m. and before midnight on the day before delivery are not refundable. If you cancel on the delivery day before delivery takes place, we refund 50% of the order. Firewood cannot be returned after delivery.

These standard-order cancellation rules do not apply to the Art firewood deposit. The Art firewood deposit is refundable before estimation work begins. Once estimation work begins, the deposit is not refundable.

Payment and order changes

An order is paid only when payment is confirmed. If the payment result is uncertain, check its status or call us before trying another payment. To cancel or change an order, or report a problem with an order, contact us so we can review its status.
