How much wood am I getting?＋

For comparison, we show approximate stacked volumes of 32 cu. ft. for a quarter cord, 64 cu. ft. for a face cord, 128 cu. ft. for a full cord, and 256 cu. ft. for two full cords. These are the approximate stacked quantities we supply. We can verify the volume with a tape measure on request. Stack shape may vary.

How do delivery charges work?＋

Up to 30 straight-line miles from ZIP 10701: free delivery. Over 30 and up to 50 miles: $30. Bergen County adds $30: $30 within 30 miles, $60 over 30–50 miles. Manhattan: $100 instead of the distance fee. Beyond 50 miles, call for pricing. Call to confirm Bronx deliveries. Staten Island is not served. A ZIP check estimates the distance using ZIP centers; call to confirm an address near a boundary.

What if there are steps?＋

The same options apply to every product: No steps (50 feet); 2 risers (20 steps) (+$100); 4 risers (50 steps) (+$150); or Call for special delivery. Your selected stair fee is added to the area fee once per order.

Can I get delivery tomorrow?＋

Usually, yes. We deliver seven days a week. Please call 914-458-2822 to confirm availability and arrange a time. A preferred date is a request, not a confirmed booking.

Are custom log lengths available?＋

Standard logs are 16–20 inches long. We can cut shorter than 14 inches for wood stoves or supply pieces over 20 inches. Call with your required length before ordering.

Can I pick up my order?＋

Pickup is available in Yonkers and Island Park, including any number of bags. Call ahead for the exact location, availability, pricing, and timing before you travel; our crew is often out on deliveries.

What are Bundle and Art firewood?＋

Bundle contains 15 large bags of firewood, with pricing depending on your wood selection. Each large bag is approximately 6 cubic feet, or about ten medium-sized pieces. The usual $100 Art firewood deposit covers estimating work; send your specifications and photos, then call to discuss the project and its final price.
